If I were play the scenario in which we retrieve Envisat from VAFB, how many minutes until blastoff should I wait? Is it 9 minutes?

Can't honestly remember. Use LaunchMFD or IMFD to get a launch time/azimuth, or look at MapMFD and wait till orbit plane is over your launchpad.
