I use Scenario editor-tle by @Ajaja. REALLY GREAT TOOL!

I was thinking, I would like to accomplish the EXACT opposite of what this tool does. Instead of inputting TLE data and getting State vectors (ELEMENTS) data back, I want it to some how generate a TLE file for me or a tool that can do so. I've tried to learn it myself and Im just not proficient enough to perfect it.
Generating a TLE file would be beneficial for keeping track of your vessel on a website/program that can analyze TLE data. I was thinking about using such a thing to calculate my future orbits (many orbits in advance)
The possibilities would be endless. To my knowledge, such a thing does not exist.
