Vessel Commerical LEO destinations and other space stations

I redid the 1st module. But the habitat. there seems to be 2 version. in the youtube video is one but this roadmap has a different version. The big difference is where the docking section goes?

Also it looks like a grapple point on the PAM?

here is a test. I need to look at forward rcs thruster design. 2 rad 8 solar
You will need the SSRMS. You need the axiom-05

The second docking adapter from AxHab-1 seems to be detachable, likely to be temporarily relocated to one of its side ports before it'll be moved on its final position on AxHab-2's aft port once it arrives

Could you please have a look at the "AxiomPPTMNEW1.cfg"-file included in the axiompptm1.zip?
I think it is the old cfg-file. The actual shall refer to the dll-module:

; === Configuration file for vessel class ===
ClassName = Axiom
MeshName = Axiom/AxiomPPTMNEW1

ClassName = axiomptm1
Module = axiomptm1

Also a question:
Is this the correct docking / berthing node I am showing in the screenshot below?
(Sorry, I am a bit confused on the ISS docking node numbers.)

In this version of the ISS, Axiom will still be berthed here, on the nadir port of Harmony. On the renders of Axiom in YouTube, the radiator and solar array will remain stowed until it is detached from the ISS

Side note: Ever since I've played Orbiter in 2015, I'm not sure why does that specific docking port use an APAS-type mechanism instead of a CBM one

This is what I will have for HAB1. HAb1 has 2 PAM. I need to get the grapple points for them also. And add it to the PPTM

For the correct dock I have this.

Axiom:Axiom\AxiomPPTMNEW1
STATUS Orbiting Earth
RPOS -3549364.043 3870698.569 4302014.203
RVEL -3245.1659 3611.8545 -5930.6940
AROT 38.906 29.558 148.562
VROT -0.0477 0.0002 0.0000
AFCMODE 7
PRPLEVEL 0:1.000000
DOCKINFO 0:3,ISS
IDS 0:587 100 1:588 100
NAVFREQ 0 0
END

oh for the cfg I have this:
; === Configuration file for Space Station Building Blocks 4.1 Cupola 1 ===

ClassName = axiomptm1
Module = axiomptm1

On the rcs we know there are 32. from images the aft section all look standard. the front is what I can't tell. It looks like the thrusters are angled. the top most thrusters look to be angled up? the red ones are the ones not sure about?

By the time AxHab-1 launches, the AxPPTM will be separated from the ISS, carrying along with it the racks from the old station that NASA (and probably ESA and JAXA) would like to save before the ISS is deorbited

On Axiom's rough timeline, should be happening about 9 months after AxPPTM launches

Found this. It looks like I need to redo the solar/rad arm as it fold out into 2 pieces.

Also rcs thrusters. From what I can see the side with the Axiom logo has 4 sets but no Z axis?
the side away from the axiom has 8 for x,y,z axis?

I have looked and redid the PTTM module. I believe this is the launch stage. BUT look the rad stick out of the fairing. I tried flipping the fairing and it doesn't work? I could make the radiator panels much shorter

And how would the HAB1 fit as it is longer?

Sure I can make a custom Fairing. @BrianJ not sure how to make the cfg allow those.

Looks like Axiom would likely launch their longer modules on other rockets (Vulcan Centaur perhaps?) assuming that the planned longer fairings of Falcon 9/Falcon Heavy weren't manufactured yet, and only reserved for the core of the Lunar Gateway.

As for AxPPTM, it's more likely that the launch mount would be 180 degrees flipped from the screenshot above, given the stowage orientation of the solar array/radiators are in

I need help.
the solar panel is a scale animation. BUT it doesn't seem to follow the parent? but it does.
In the image the end translates (red line)and being a good child. But the scale is the blue line and you see it doesn't change. but it move with the case. The animation scale is off.

static UINT SBr1Grp[1] = { 56 };//solar arm
static MGROUP_ROTATE antrot2(0, SBr1Grp, 1, _V(2.25, 0, - 4.2), _V(0, 1, 0), (float)(42 * RAD));
SOLARparent1rotate = AddAnimationComponent(anim_PANELrotate, 0, 1, &antrot2, solarrotate);

static UINT PANELGrp4[1] = { 0 };//ENDBAR
PANELUP3A = new MGROUP_TRANSLATE(0, PANELGrp4, 1, _V(0, 0, -15.0));//3.587//endbar
AddAnimationComponent(anim_PANELEXT1, 0, 1, PANELUP3A, SOLARparent1rotate);//ENDPIECE

static UINT PANELGrp5[1] = { 28 };//PANELS
PANELUP2R = new MGROUP_SCALE(0, PANELGrp5, 1, _V(2.2469,0 ,- 4.169973), _V(1, 1, 300));//panel
AddAnimationComponent(anim_PANELEXT1, 0, 1, PANELUP2R, SOLARparent1rotate);//PANEL AND STRUTS

I guess we don't see any sign yet that Axiom would make a launch contract with another aerospace company than SpaceX soon. I'm wondering if the long-fairing option would be used for a regular Falcon 9 though (or would it be somehow aerodynamically unstable if it did?)

Still, Vulcan Centaur would be a possible alternative launcher in the scenario that a long fairing weren't available (?)

I am not sure why the scaling animation is not being affected by the parent.

so what to do?

I can add the deployed solar panel as a mesh and just instant deploy? thoughts?

they need to deploy really looks good
Thanks. So the solar panels have 2 parts the panel and the rods. The rods I can do another way. just a lot of parts moving. But the panel not sure how else to do it. I did scaling for both. One option is just make the solar panel arm not turn in as the radiator does. the new solar arm fits the fairing. I might go with this

I think the way the panels were stowed against the sides seem the best you might look at the longer fairing for the 2 habs

Something else to look at is a new MFD map as the one VAST uses
