Based on a NASA released global map of Charon ( http://photojournal.jpl.nasa.gov/catalog/PIA19866 )

Color from a lower resolution similar release was added.
There's also a map for MapMFD, visible if you change "MFDMapVersion = 0" to the Orbiter.cfg.
This addon is texture only, but compatible with "Pluto and Moons" by piper ( http://www.orbithangar.com/searchid.php?ID=4595 ) or "CeBoMo" by cristiapi ( http://www.orbithangar.com/search_quick.php?text=cebo mo&submit.x=0&submit.y=0 ) .
