Hmm...might actually get to the ISS this time. The RCS activity post burn seems strange, but there may be reasons for that of which I am unaware.

What sort of thruster margin do they need for NASA to permit them to approach and dock with ISS? Losing command authority on final approach would not be a good thing.

I'm thinking there are some more bugs to be worked out. :(
