Made it to orbit, but not entirely without a hitch it looks like. During the post-launch conference it was said some thrusters are INOP and that they've switched to backup thrusters.

What sort of thruster margin do they need for NASA to permit them to approach and dock with ISS? Losing command authority on final approach would not be a good thing.

I'm thinking there are some more bugs to be worked out.
