Looking at the groundtrack graphic that BO published, which yes, could be just PR and not truly representative, the initial orbit does seem to be at 30 some degrees, which matches the TLE from that initial orbit. SECO-1 was announced on time, so that first burn probably was ok. Except for the higher apogee, compared with what was published pre-flight, I'd say that initial orbit is ok.Do we know what the trajectory was supposed to be like? I find it hard to believe that the second burn would have included such a large plane change...
