Software Blank screen: DDraw error on startup

I'm completely new to Orbiter 2016. I discovered it and installed it today, using the .msi installer under 64-bit Windows 10 on my ASUS X750JA laptop with Intel Core i7-4700HQ @2.40 GHZ, Intel HD Graphics 4600 and 6GB RAM. There were no problems during installation, but the programme does not run correctly. All I get is a blank screen. In Orbiter.log I'm getting this error message:

000000.000: >>> [OrbiterGraphics::clbkBlt | .\OGraphics.cpp | 1633]

Lower down in the log, I'm getting this error message over and over again:

000307.034: >>> ERROR: DDraw error DDERR_CANTCREATEDC
000307.034: >>> [OrbiterGraphics::clbkGetSurfaceDC | .\OGraphics.cpp | 1727]

Can anyone help me to solve this problem?

Thanks. Reinstalled the C++ Redistributable Packages and the issue resolved.
