That is one of the 2 soyuz pad at Baikonur, in Russia. Th epad has a menu for some actions. You can find lights, VOX, launch's smoke, train of transport, and rotation of pad toward the azimth desired for Soyuz's flight. This pad has 2 towers of service, 2 ombilicals arms and 4 petals arms for holding. Addon require: Soyuz Series Important, please read user's manual for actions, specification, and addons.
