Bug Autopilot Problem.

I recently downloaded the HLV lunar base (http://orbiter.mustard-fr.com/addons/hlv.php). I installed it in a clean orbiter install after having put every addon I needed. However, when I press "P" for the autopilot, nothing happens. The other keys also don't work if the rocket is still on the ground (example: I press "F" to jettison the fairing, it doesn't work, but when I ignite the engines, the fairing is jettisoned).

That with the fairing is normal. You can only jettison it when the engines are running.
Do you hear a countdown when you press P?
