Apollo 11 go inertial

In the Apollo 11 flight plan what is meant by go inertial? Is this just the CSM orbiting freely? Thanks

Yeah, with nulled attitude rates. This is often done in lunar orbit and is basically the opposite of orb rate, where you are pointing a specific part of the spacecraft at the Moon, with the help of the ORDEAL. In orb rate you have a constant (usually pitch) rate, when in inertial hold your attitude rates are ideally all zero.
