Well, after a while he realized he would be far better off using his powers to get elected for 8 years as president, then as prime minister, and most probably for 12 more years again as president of Russia than collecting scarce money trying to convince people to stop smoking... :rofl:

Anyway, no mentions of hypnotizing people to stop drinking, but I guess that's how he got introduced to Boris Yeltsin...:cheers:
 
Well, maybe Putin roundhouse kicks the cigarette out of your face, or uses a tranquilizer gun, if you get shaky without cigarettes.
 
I'm certain that there are more than one person in Russia going under the Vladimir Putin. Still, I had a good laugh.
