He is wanting to go to the moon but his ship doesn't have enough supplies. ***Your Job: Close the Cargo bay doors, turn off external cooling, and get more fuel. Takeoff and dock with the ISS. Release the PB Shuttle using the universal cargo deck. Undock, then re-enter. Land at Habana and deliver the supplies. Finally, refuel and land at Cape Canaveral.****
This requires the XR5 Vanguard and Universal cargo deck.
