Tetha Launcher V1.2.1 2012-12-10

Hello,
It's my first rocket for my fictionnal space agency "Sanders Aerospace".
This launcher can send a 12 Tonnes payload at 1000 km of altitude or 5 tonnes on lunar orbit.
