Numitras can be used to calculate your spacecraft's trajectory and plan your mission: You can go to Orbiter's scenario editor, copy the state vectors of the vessel and paste them into Numitras. Then you may add some maneuvers and run the simulation to see if you're arriving at the right point.
Numitras requires .NET Framework 2.0 to be installed on your system.
