Manchester (Version 1) 2008-08-30

A first for Orbiter, this addon contains surface tiles of Manchester to replace the existing default textures in Orbiter which aren't as detailed nearer the ground.  Seen from high altitude with this addon, you can now see Manchester in more detail as it would appear more when viewed from space.

Also contained is a couple of runways at Manchester International Airport and a scenario for taking off from there in a Deltaglider.
