    I mean that you could detect that both modes have been switched in the same frame, so you could priorize the RCS callout in that case. I agree the bug should be reported.

    Perhaps you could store bool variables in the frame where the switchings occur, and detect –in the next frame– that it happened and play the sound that you decide. It is somewhat what kuddel was saying, I think. But not in a time span but in the next frame.
