Project Bases for the Solar System

Buying fuel at the fuel pump.

very nice, but the valves and pipes look a bit large, aren't they?

I also redid the inside of the greenhouse. Probably added a lot of geometry for something that was really not worth it x)

And yes, we only eat carrots on Europa! That's what I came up with when trying to think of the simplest vegetable to model lol (to limit the additional polys!). Though now that I think about it, I could probably remove the orange part of the carrot and only leave the plant in the ground. It would also open up the possibilities on what is growing there.

They don't look that good from up close but, thankfully, they are meant to be seen from afar!

Well they're meant for spaceships! They need to be big to them up with fuel!

nice, nice, nice and the figures provide an excellent scale feeling. But did you take them from a copyrighted library?

I made them with the website/app readyplayerme which is usually used for VR chat avatars or developers for video games. To be honest, I didn't think of the terms of services until you mentioned it so I checked and it seems fine.

So, in your final addon, can you please allow include/exclude the avatars? and remind "non commercial use only" (actually the license is nothing special from a free lib)

Just curious, what's this video of? Is it an addon?

Someone said mesh? If someone has a plan...
The video was a quick demo showing that it is possible to land on a deck high above Venus' surface. It was a quick adaptation of Beep's Nimitz addon.
You can land with either a normal "carrier" landing or with hover engines.

Well, the lines for fueling or draining the space shuttle external tank with LH2 or LO2 have both just 8 inches (20 cm) diameter (inner). With some insulation around the lines, they can even be a bit thicker.

Of course, the lines for transporting the liquids to the engines are much larger since they have to handle a much larger volume flow, 17 inches (43 cm) from ET to Orbiter and inside the Orbiter, the fuel lines split into 12 inch (30.5 cm) lines to each engine.
