The one thing i think might have issues. is the attachments and docks.

yes, like that. I think docking should be pretty straight forward, since I don't see a complicated geometry there. Getting the modules together in Orbiter again will be more "fun.", since it isn't really specified yet, how it should be done.

Interesting observation. Haven 1 will only be used for four 15 day missions. It will be disposed after that.
So I think they didn't go with an airlock to make it as simple as possible for this demonstration.
