Question OMS MNVR COAST

What is OMS MNVR COAST?

The OMS MNVR EXEC is do the burn, but what is OMS MNVR COAST?

Coasting is simply the time between two propulsive manuevers in spaceflight, for example during two-burn or three-burn orbit maneuvers.

Oh, I am sure, it is the hardcore Orbiter fanatic in the making that we never knew we needed. 😉

At least, for coming up with such questions, you really have to play it.

I am actually not complaining about the questions, of course I would prefer he(?) read the fine print first and some better forum manners would of course be fine (No cross posting, make it easier to find the answers to your questions by using speaking titles, etc....). There was once a nice tutorial on youtube with some recommendations that even I didn't know all at that time.

Also, because it shows that he really invests time into it, its hard not to answer, even though I still feel the madness crouching up when I answer too detailled Shuttle questions....
