That was sad, major failure before getting anywhere. I tried to Google about other payload build by this company and didn't find much. Was this lander their first ? What's gonna happen to this lunar delivery service now ?

Yes, this was Astrobotic's first mission, contracted by NASA under the Commercial Lunar Payload Services (CLPS) contract. They do have a second one coming up in November, with a different and bigger lander called the "Griffin" which is delivery vehicle for NASA's Volatiles Investigating Polar Exploration Rover (VIPER) mission.
