Ok little updated the default ISS is correct only ISS A to Z seems to have the issue.
I know you guys know the dragon is docked upside down

There should be a [Date] button on the scenario editor. From there you can select [Now] to put things where they should be?

Back to the ISS here... The crew has made ingress.

I think its just the dummy and the plush. unless they brought in also a toy facehugger.
