Thank you for your welcome. I just registered. I wanted to put a photo in the "profile", but in the "Edit Avatar" option, it does not allow me to add anything or make any changes.
How can I do it ?

Could be based on your posts? Tell us a bit about yourself here (in this thread) and participate (meaningfully) in some others. Once you post 5 times (and they get approved, have to make sure you are not a bot) then try it.

Exactly that. Once you pass the (quite low) initial "prove you're not a spambot" post threshold, you'll be able to do more advanced things like setting an avatar.
