Question looking for mod author of "LC-39-Hi-Res.zip"

I found this mod(LC-39-Hi-Res.zip) in my orbiter installation today. It seems I've been using this mod with ISS v3.2 for detailed launch pad.

However, I don't remember when or where I'd found it. It doesn't contain readme or manual. I searched Orbit Hangar but could not find it. Can anyone suggest who created this mod?

It has two scenarios.
-LC39A.scn
-LC39B.scn

It's an addon made by hutchison66 uploaded on OH the 12/01/2015 with that information

It'Hi Res Lc-39-A+B

Shuttle Fleet has been left behind for a while and hasn't had many updates lately and new LC-39s are few so I have put together some of the best meshes out there to fill the gap.

None of the meshes are my own and would like to Thank the Authors for their work especially Slats, David 413, and the SSU guys. i've put them together with slight modification and hope they don't mind. The Scenarios are for Shuttle Fleet and need the hi res tiles to look good and for position. you should be able to cut and paste them easily into your own scenarios if you like them.

ISS v3.2 comes with its own LC39, I believe, as well as some additional effects and animations.

There are a number of LC39s on O-H by Slat and Kev33. Perhaps you have one of those?

Not surprising, seeing that it seems to use several assets without explicit permission of the authors.
