Goto your Config folder and copy your spacecraft folder, then paste into modules/server/config.
Or better yet, use the Create symbolic links button in the D3D9Client Advanced Setup dialog.

This is a nice add-on. The only issue that I have is that the Wallops Island "base" is not compatible with the stock bases Wallops Island, which has nicer tiles and an airport. What you have here really isn't a base so much as a launchpad, but a nice one at that.
IMHO, it would be better to implement the pad as a vessel rather than a base, which seems to be a good strategy used in many other add-ons.

How come the Antares rocket is invisible in this scenario?
Yeah focus is on Cygnus. I'll try it on a fresh install to see if it works. it's very weird because the orbit mfd is glitched when focusing on Cygnus. Even if i'm in a stable orbit, the orbitmfd displays very weird values.

Any Antares rocket scenario I open. I'm expecting it to sit on the LP-0A, but I don't see it; do I need a certain module?

Okay, I did some work to get this add-on to play nice with the stock bases add-on. ([ame="http://www.orbithangar.com/searchid.php?ID=6007"]Orbiter stock bases upgrade[/ame])
First of all, I changed the name of the Wallpos_Island.cfg that comes with THIS add-on to LP-0A.cfg (also set Name = LP-0A). I changed the location as follows:
Location = -75.4882 +37.8338
This moves the pad onto (nearly) the correct position along the beach.
In the launch scenarios that come with this add-on, I changed the position of Antcore:OSC\Antares to the following:
POS -75.4881900 37.8337920
This lines the rocket up to the pad in its new position.
To my own taste, I trimmed out some of the pads and block buildings from the Wallops_Island.cfg that comes with the STOCK BASES add-on to clean up the area around LP-0A and LP-0B. I used comments so that they can be restored if desired. This is my new Wallops_Island.cfg:

So, LP-0A obviously is higher res than stock bases and stands out quite a bit, but I've gotten used to this in Orbiter 2010. I realize that there are higher def Wallops add-ons out there, but for me stock bases is a good interim solution until I upgrade to Orbiter 2015 :tiphat: Anyway, I hope others that might agree find these changes useful.
P.S., I found the Antares guidance file that comes with this add-on gives me a PeA of only 80km, with a large negative vertical velocity after the second stage burn. Multistage guidance is a bit inconsistent (and perhaps FPS dependent), so you may not need this, but this tweaked guidance file gives me a better final orbit:
