I would be inclined to say thats not possible, but Ive never tried. What I find really irritating is the real nut-jobs who post videos of say, Tsiolkovskys central peak on youtube, then claim that its a spaceship that towed the moon there, or something similar. Are people really not capable of recognizing a mountain anymore???

Woo Hoo!

After many-many-many attempts, I finally managed to land the shuttle at the runway of my choice, rather than somewhere close, or handily located near where I'm going to crash (Tinker, Dallas, Jacksonville, Atlanta or wherever). I've made it to Patrick a few times, but this time I had the airspeed and altitude to float on in to KSC.

This was the modified shuttle that is part of the Wet Workshops package, so it doesn't "handle" like the 'Fleet, and (what I'm most proud of) is I was kickin' it old school by not using any extra MFDs, only map, orbit and ground.

But everyone knows real pilots use MFDs....

I say this so I feel better because when I am landing I have like 8 MFDs open.
