Somewhat dated, awesome gameplay. I reinstalled it recently after being unable to play on Vista for the longest time.

The other day, remade my old badge:

Hail Zeon!

Just downloaded the H2 demo.
I think I have Cataclysm around here somewhere.

Yes, only Homeworld 2 though. I have had it for at least a few years now. Dated, yes, but has some pretty awesome gameplay and should be very cheap on Amazon or eBay.

Played them a long time ago. Can't remember why, but I didn't quite like the sequel.

Cataclysm has some great voice acting. "At least the beast doesn't pretend to be righteous!"
Never played it though, sadly.

Crappy plot, maybe? They redid the gameplay too, personally I like it but YMMV. :)

I used to play allot of Homeworld, but have only played it once or twice since i installed vista. It is such a pain to get any of them working under vista but possible. I used to go for a lo-vis scheme was Black over all with dark gray trim and the logo in dark red, looked really sleek.

I'll look around for a copy, from what I've seen it looks pretty good.

I just got my amazon.com copy of Homeworld2 today. I've got to get used to the control system again...

I loved Homeworld 1. I remember some scenarios like the one where you are inside an insanely huge but completely derelict alien ship, with the space-time around that looks like completely messed. The ambiance was something, really.
