Around the world, a new generation of astronomers are hunting for the most mysterious objects in the universe. Young stars, black holes, even other forms of life

Not sure how good this will be, if it can live up to the old Horizon name.

forgot to say tonight at 21:00 UK time.

I watched it and it was ok. The best part was seeing a SOFIA flight. Sadly there were a few technical problems including a comment about 'the first people to go to the moon' being the Apollo 11 crew.

6/10 just for the SOFIA bit and the obvious excitement of astronomers passionate about what they are doing.

.'the first people to go to the moon' being the Apollo 11 crew.

You can put this down to semantics rather than the fact they didn't know about 8 and 10. It's (kind of a stretch, but what I'm getting to) the same as saying that someone didn't go to London if they only did a lap of the M25 before going home.

Ashamed to say ....I didn't get there, usual excuse. Will watch it on the repeat thing.

Had a chance to watch 1/2 way. looks good, liked the Sofia stuff, and did the pilot kick the tyres? Good to see Leonard Nimoy doing more work.

Edit:

Good prog, enjoyed that, more a whats happening with telelescopes than astronomy. Maybe Horizon are back on track.
