I don't think so. In theory it might work, but practically the spot to hit is so small that you can't time it exactly and precise enough to have a single burn.
If it works, it is sheer luck IMHO. But I welcome every proof that refutes me.
However, it would make an interesting challenge with a nice scoring system. How many burns do you need to hit the flea? Almost like space golf... what's your flea-handicap?
