By the way, according to NK forum information, Geo-IK satellite has resurrected, reestablished sun-facing attitude, ground has acquired control and are performing testing of onboard systems. They have achieved a positive charging/depleting balance during occullation phases.
That was a third attempt to resurrect the spacecraft after two less successful in last Spring and September.
