So why do you flag this addon as being for Orbiter 2010 if it depends on an addon that doesn't work in O2010?

Sorry for the confusion. The point I was trying to make was that the base works in both 2006, and 2010, but the Brighton Terrain which worked in 2006 does not work in 2010 (Shame, because it really added to the asthetics of the base.).
