How do you manage the rcs?

That's my 4th successful launch & docking of Soyuz/Progress in a row. I think I'm getting proficient at it (more than 50% fuel left after docking). :cool:

I use maximum 10x time acceleration, sometimes I just let Orbiter simulating while I'm at work.
 
What is it you did to your HUD in those screenshots? The buttons are slimmer and rounded.
