I am not sure that it has never been implemented in any of the Soyuz rocket add-ons present. However, I hope that some developer may find this useful. Also, any space fan can use the following for her or his reference.
I found this youtube video which contain an almost full pre-launch countdown reporting and exchange of different launching officers. I have decided to translate it and publish with little comments on the meaning and who does what.
