Does it hurt to G-LOC?

No. Though I have never experienced G-LOC, I have experienced kinda high G's. I live in Atlanta, Georgia, and there is a roller coaster called Goliath. It has a helix that pulls 4.1 G's, and sustains it for like 8 seconds. I see a bit of stars in my eyes unless I tense my leg and neck muscles. Anyways, my brother blacked out. He said that everything went dark, and he woke up like 5 seconds later. Not painful at all, just possibly a bit frightening if you don't know what happened.

Not painful, but sure harmful over the long-run.

I was watching comonaut training and unlike our training, the centrifuge's little capsule rolls side to side, but maintains high gs.

I almost blacked out once when standing up as the blood drained from my head (a head rush, which I imagine is similar to G-LOC). A very strange experience. Lasted about 5 seconds or so. My vision faded completely until I couldn't see anything at all, I felt dizzy, slightly nauseous and completely lost balance. Then it all came back as quickly as it had gone. I was doing the dishes with my brother and can remember thinking "I mustn't let my brother see me drunk", which was strange as I hadn't had any alcohol at all. Very strange and very informative experience.

I black out every night. I call it "sleeping"

I nearly blacked out trying to blow up a balloon in 11th grade Physics Class! I was trying to blow so hard I must have been forcing CO2 back into my blood stream or something!

Some coasters go 7gs. That would be funny to see everyone pass out.

I've never G-LOC'd, but I've grayed out (loss of color and peripheral vision). I wasn't too far from blacking out as I ended up staring into a 15 degree arc of blurry gray. It didn't hurt, but it will give you a headache.

I had a similar experience once when standing up suddenly and stretching concurrently and it was the morning after a big night out. I can best describe the experience as sensory perception gradually fading to nothing over the course of about 1-2 seconds. I woke up moments later (I am told it was moments) on the floor and violently shaking. An informative experience but not one that I would care to repeat in a hurry (unless perhaps I was in a padded room - a sharp table corner was not far away at the time I passed out).

In the back of a Hawk I nearly G-LOC'd when the pilot in the front suddenly pulled into a long 6G turn. Not expecting it I didn't get a chance to 'strain', and my G-pants weren't as tight as they should have been as I'd worn a drysuit over my overalls for fitting, then just worn overalls in the aircraft (not to mention never having built up any G-tolerance!) - schoolboy error!

It didn't hurt at all, and I was fully conscious throughout. I was looking up through the canopy, and my colour vision began to fade, and gradually I began to get tunnel vision. By then straining was too late, so didn't help. The only discomfort I noticed was suddenly weighing 6x my normal bodyweight and having to try harder to keep my head looking up!

(Edit - so, short answer is 'no!')
