Vulcan Centaur is a two-stage-to-orbit heavy-lift launch vehicle under development 2014–2021 by United Launch Alliance (ULA), principally funded through the US government's National Security Space Launch (NSSL) competition and launch program, to meet the demands of the United States Space Force and US national security satellite launches. It aims to eventually replace the two workhorses of ULA, the Delta IV and the Atlas V

This addon was originally posted as part of the Artemis landers thread. Credits to gattispilot in making the meshes and textures of the rocket!

I downloaded the add-on and everything was damaged, now in any scenario that I open it looks like this, how can I solve it?

If you have another installation of orbiter you can copy and paste it.

So all scenarios have the no textured earth? Even in normal graphics?

yes, all scenarios on earth except AMSO are damaged in orbiter and orbiter_ng

What do I copy and paste? the config folder or the entire orbiter?

Just the Config folder will probably fix your issue. Gazza's STS Payloads package overwrites several default Orbiter .cfg's including Earth.cfg, Sol.cfg, Canaveral.cfg. There should really be a warning about that.

Sounds like he got it fixed. Seem he was posting in two areas

there are several plugins that have damaged my orbiter in the same way

In any case when installing addons its a good thing to have the Orbiter core package as an archive on a hard drive, so that you can easily access it and reverse to stock configuration. The "key" files in Orbiter are the .cfg (config) that can be edited as simple text files, the default .dll or .exe files can't be modified and should never be. Then you have the textures, some specific addons can replace stock ones (but they should be clear about that).
