Virtual AGC manual steps guide

I was wondering if there was any manual or guide that would allow me to learn or be guided as to what I should do concerning the steps that require manual input in the Apollo missions

NASSP does have some pretty good documentation. Have you looked on their wiki?

There also is the Apollo Operations Handbook Volume II, which basically has reference checklists, but in a bit longer format and with more explanations:
