General Question UMmu return key not working

I'm trying to learn how to use the activity areas on UMmu it says to use the return key to activate an area I tried the enter key that has the return key symbol on it but nothing happens I tried shift and enter together nothing happens can someone tell me how to activate an area I'm using a HP laptop computer with windows 7 home premium thank you for your help in advance

Area that has the return key symbol???

The only areas that are active that I'm aware of are on the Arrow Freighter. I don't know of any others that have been included in addons
