Problem ummu menu doesnt appear

hi all, I am a bit new to this but
it appeared before the help menu and about data.
I wonder if someone can tell me how fix

Are you using orbiter 2010 and have you tried pressing ''m''

when i press "m" i can hear a click but nothing appear

Perhaps try pressing F8?
