Problem UMMU and Armstrong lunar base problem

Hi I just started using The Armstrong lunar base, and I love it,but there's one problem, when you walk around outside the base the Ummu won't walk properly,it hops around, in other words the RCS's can't be shut off for some odd reason.Is there a fix for this Problem? thanks

Try setting the scenario date closer to 2001, I think the UMMU jumping bug is related to that
