I'm new to the forum, :tiphat: so hope I'm not breaking any rules... already made a necropost on this topic in my ignorance.
I've been away from Orbiter for a few years, but back into it now.. a lot of great new things have been done!
Still, I used to like the 2001-Discovery/2010-Leonov scnenarios, and have given them a whirl again.
For the life of me, I can't figure out how to get the DockMFD version-1 to display. This is a special (but simple) MFD for docking a Pod back into Discovery.
Anyone remember how to turn it on? :hmm:
Many thanks!

For the newbies...
Before starting the scenario, you need to first load the "DockMFD" in Orbiter Launchpad, Modules.
This MFD is called "DockMFD version 1", and is not to be confused with the normal DockMFD in the standard Oribiter build. The former is only for use with the 2001 Discovery Pods.
Once in the 2001/2010 scenarios, turn on either your left or right MFD, and press the respective Shift with F1, until the 2nd page is shown. The DockMFD is selected with Shift-0.
It is quite primative, and not much use for approach. I find it easiest to eyeball attitude, then make my way close to the dock pad, and eyeball position there, then use the MFD to to aquire dock lock.
The goal in the DockMFD is get all the numbers to turn blue. Start with Roll, then Velocity, then Distance. The trouble is, all the numbers interact terribly, so it's hard to know what's controlling what. I'll leave it to you to figure which numbers are for what parameter (pitch, roll, yaw, vertical spd & dist, horizontal spd & dist, approach spd & dist).
