I have been enjoying Orbiter for a few months, it is of great fun! I have created a satellite 3D model with Pro/Engineer software recently, and the software exports *.prt or *.asm format files, I couldn't find any way to transfer them into .msh format, could anyone help me?
Before I put the question here, someone told me to open the 3D model in Pro/E and then save it as IGES(*.igs) file, then load the *.igs file in the 3DS Max, export the model as *.3ds format, then I could transfer the 3ds file into msh file. I have tried this method, but sad to find it was only useful for simple 3D model.
