OHM Tiangong 1

I've located a folder I had misplaced with some nice 3D renderings and schematics!
I'll share them here in good faith, and I apologize for not being able to give credit (or post the links to the original files as I always try to do).

There is a 3D keyboard and laptop we can use from the CupolaVC.
 
Here's the main panel layout. The images we have don't allow better results, but I think I have made significant progress in putting it all together :hmm:

As as far as I can tell we have (from top to bottom):
- 2 MFDs
- 1 main screen that can do video conferencing
- 2 analog gauges
- 1 PC keyboard

Note the fact that the visible characters are in roman script!
On Orbiter, I'd be have with having a working MFD on the main screen and another in one of the top small screens.

Just to be complete, here´s the second panel:

Now, we have two options:
- draw a cleaned up version of the panel that can serve as a texture (I can do that if time allows, no promises)
- use this base to detail the panel in 3D with no need for further work (Donamy ? )
 
A detailed 3D panels wouldn't be too hard. I'll see what I can come up with. Thanks for the research.

(on the main panel the PC keyboard seems to have that specific layout with the cursor keys to the bottom right. Dimensions are to scale, meaning that the main screen is quite large)
 
The autopilot is not working correctly for me. The launcher is almost horizontal after a minute of flight and then the stack spins uncontrollable. Reinstalling the add-ons didn't work.

Try deleting what's in red.
 
Still the same problem. When I press "O" i fires the first stage for less then a second, then it does nothing, then refires the core stage and after 9-10 seconds the boosters ignites. It starts pitch program right at lift-off.
 
The launcher is swinging to the side. It's not following the Velcro marker on the HUD. Instead it's swinging to the (right) side.
 
Try pausing the scenario at the start. Then run the current.scn
 
Thanks, this way it works. One small glitch when I use this way, I have to re-attach Tiangong-1 to the launcher by editing the scenario file before launching the current.scn.

Now my comment about the add-on, great work again Don, as always!

I don't know why, it's something with velcro rockets not saving the payload on exit. Before starting the current.scn rename it so it's there all the time.

THANKS FOE EXCELLENT MODEL, really good work

I want to ask anybody, if is it possible to convert 3D textures for orbiter model to 2D textures for paper model? I´m not expert for this orbiter theme so if anybody knows how do this, it could be beautifull present for everyone before new year ;)

Well, for one you're using the wrong docking port on Tiangong :P. It's the front port.
 
I try to rewrite docking in .scn file, but unsuccessful. And what I cant do is docking of Shenzhou on PMA modules :( I suppose that look at .scn file of somebody else should help me, really
 
Try docking it to Harmony instead.
 
I would think it'd look "better" over on the Russian side maybe? That's just me though. :thumbup:
