Hello once again to the Orbiter forum. Needless to say I have been absent for nearly 13 years.

Who knows maybe my interest in development will be sparked again. (Actually it never dimmed, just went a different direction).

Welcome back.

A lot has changed.
We got Orbiter 2010: Graphics clients, better atmospheres.
Orbiter 2016: 3D Terrain, improved physics for landed, docked structures.

Last fall Martin released the Orbiter source under an MIT license.

NASSP experienced a bit of a renaissance circa 2015 and released 7.0 in 2018. Work is steadily progressing toward 8.0.

The forum has changed a lot in 13 years and the forum community has developed a multitude of add-ons for Orbiter 2010 and 2016. I also have developed some add-ons and you might try them as well.
