The biggest disaster you have caused in Orbiter

Crash a nova launcher with the 20 meters nuclear Orion spacecraft in a populated area.

" we have an anomaly..." :lol:

Just like in this video

[ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=62-L-_3tdG8"]YouTube- Delta 2 explosion[/ame]

Rocket explodes

'' we just had an anomaly of Delta II launch vehicle...''
:rofl::rofl::rofl:

There is a better view, for firework-effect that is:

So far, mine was plowing an XR-5 into Western America at Mach 11.

a mail hitted my spaceship :rofl:

Some failures from another realm of Orbiter-playing:

The Earth collapsed into a black hole:

from where do you have that black hole ? :blink:

...
I still don't get it.. what happened here exactly?
Not sure. The vessel was spinning madly, i hit pause, and that was in front of me.

blast!

I just inadvertently destroyed everything on earth larger than a cockroach by throwing the bullet inter-planetary craft into the outer atmosphere at 0.1C.

lets say that was a DARN big photon torpedo.

What happens if you cause a plnetary collision in Orbiter?

The biggest Orbiter disaster was forgetting a relative's birthday while making a addon.
:leaving:

When my Dad first tried Orbiter, he took the Firefly Jumbo 2008, and activated the firefly drive while still in the atmosphere. To get back, we did it again and slammed into the Pacific at about 7 m/s.

7 m/s... isn't that destructive...

I don't know exactly how fast it was, but we could see Earth getting closer and closer from about 1,000 miles up.

Crashed the USS Enterprise into Earth at warp speed.

Next thing I knew, I was bouncing off Earth at close to the speed of light.

Also, anyone who has gotten planets to collide, could you post the configs you used? I've been trying to do that for a while.
Thanks.

Today during blastoff of the first Saturn V MK II Superheavy model a slight anomaly happened as Ascension Island. It is believed that a computer glitch caused uneven ignition of LRB`s resulting in asymmetrical thrust that caused the rocket to tip over and fall next to launch pad. Resulting 20 kiloton explosion destroyed the pad, VAB and dozens of hangars and varehouses.

Here is the last image received from camera photographing the launch.

nice one capt. But I still fail to see how this is more destructive than dumping 1 ton of antimatter into the upper atmosphere...

Wow 1 ton of antimatter annihilating is ~ 40 gigatons of BOOM. I`d like to see that firework.
From few thousand km high orbit preferably
