How functional is SSU version 3.0 as to flying and completing historical shuttle missions? I have read posts in the past that have said essentially not to use SSU in this capacity as it was still in development, but that was prior to the release of version 3.0

A 2nd question is SSU compatible (or if not will some future version be) with Donamy's ISS A2Z and/or Thortan's ISS ver 3.2?

SSU is already capable of doing a lot, and it will be able to do more in the future (even things that never happened ). As it's still in development there's a high probability that things will change and today's scenario doesn't work tomorrow. But other than that, all the "basics" are there: launch, landing, on-orbit maneuvers and RMS ops.

Yes for Donamy's ISS, not sure about Thorton's ISS.
