I've found at the NTRS a Shuttle SRB derived launch vehicle.
It uses three SRB + Titan upper stages. (See the attached pictures).
Thought it might make an interesting 'what if' addon.
Edit: I've added a couple of additional documents that deal with the SRB-X.
