I just happen to have been playing around with cowboy launching various satellites into Geo Stationary with various launchers at different launch sites (Zenit from SeaLaunch, Proton from Baikinur, and Delta 4 from Canaveral) when I came across this launch and threw together a sat based on the Galaxy 12 from the Commercial Satellite pack 3. Modified the masses and thrust and ISP to match the specs I found for the ThaiCom 6. loaded as payload on the Falcon 9 M1D (wish the mesh was right, but the specs are very close).
Cowboyed it up a bit sloppily, only managed to get the inclination down to around 25 degrees, the apogee a bit high at 93M and the perigee also a bit high at 330k.
The interesting thing about that GTO is that with two good burns (I needed two more correction burns and 0.6 more inclination to remove), it puts the sat right at its 78.5 E station ( I ended up at 78.64 E with about 65kg of fuel left for the LAE)
I dunno how SpaceX deals with the second stage "trash removal"... but I used all the fuel anyway, and the add on I have self destructs it sometime after payload sep anyway.
