I can help with the HD Launches that I've been working on, same as you i need someone that can test them and we can merge everything in a single file.

I can help, no problem. As I mentioned before, most of payloads are created (meshes, configs) by the great work of @gattispilot and other contributors, base shuttles, boosters, ETs, pads are all good and up to date, so once the launches ini and guidance files are done (most flights are done already AFAIK), then it is just to put them all together....and yeah, test the blend.

Yep, thats exactly where I'm working, the scenarios will be completely created with payload, ini and guidance.

So we have the latest shuttle for STS2016. Not the same as the original download.

As far as files go. 2 scn HD and NOT ND. and INI. The guidance is basically the same. Maybe 1 rotate and the other not rotate.

It really is making a folder with all the textures, meshes, cfg and modules in. And testing on a vanilla orbiter and checking the log and see if missing textures, meshes,......

STS 41. So making a scn for lauch is easy. What I do is take a good scn and copy it. Rename it. Go thru and change the sts numbers. THen you have to know which OV and mesh to use. And the ET tank.

For payloads it is a bit harder. You can just adjust attachment points.

Like anything. For sts 41 you can have the IUS and rocket. But there are 2 other payloads. SSBUV which can be added easily. The IASC not so much. It is attached to the RMS.
The easy fix is to add an attachment to the arm of the rms and attach the vessel. But then it would need to be recoded.

I noticed the Ulysses is wrong also.

Ulysses stack seems rotated 90° counterclockwise in the sim. IASC - not sure if it needs to be created as a vessel, or just some eye-candy texture. In reality there were some coupons of solar array materials fixed below the wrist which were held-up by the RMS.

I agree on the Ulysses. I think for the IASC. Sure a new mesh for the RMS could be made but then it would be need recoded. I can add an attachment to the rms to move along.

I am going to add 2 new attachments that will move with the RMS. One for the elbow and another for the EE. These will be only be to attach from the scenario. Yes the Ulysses is off 90 degrees. But not been able to adjust that yet.

So now Ulysses is fixed and the cargo bay has the SSBUV and the ISAC. See the ISAC is moving with the RMS

If somebody will work the launch scenario, guidance and .ini for STS-41 attached. Made it quickly, not absolutely sure if the SRB/ET meshes/modules in .ini are the good ones.

Tested the orbit scn for now. Looks good. I will test the launching scn when back from work.
ISAC moves correctly with RMS (great job!). SSBUV opens cover with 1, as usual.
Cannot move/tilt the IUS cradle.

Thanks. To move the IUS. USe CTRL and Space and that opens and box select payload and then you can tilt the IUS,....

That was the first thing I tried, nope not working.
In the meantime I found the culprit - missing USEIUS line from scn .
Added it, everything works.
Now I will check also the launch scn.

USEIUS is there in launch scn. though

STS-41 launch .scn works fine, except ISAC which is spinning in interstellar space.

The payloads for STS-38 were two satellites, an SDS2 (USA-67) and an HS-376 (Prowler)....

Fortunately both satellites have Orbiter add-ons already, with SDS2 being included in the STS-28 package
