Is the battlestar the only one with a hangar?

no, BOTH battlestars have hangars, as does Flatbed. Flatbed is my absolute favorite utility ship. It just LOOKS like a working class vessel
The Aires festival liner and the Pices casino liner also have hangar bays modeled in with openable doors but due to their size and docking port locations, they are meant more for looks, though you could probably dock a DG to them well enough.

The Aries hanger is small and I think modeled to fit a DG. I think the Pisces Festival Liner can hold a pretty good size ship but you are right in that they don't compare to the Battlestar or Flatbed which allows attachment anywhere and at any angle on the flight deck or in the big hangar.

Yeah, sadly the raptor doesn't quite work well there, especially in the cantral bay.

In the Pisces is the Festival Liner. The Aries is the BSG Space Park which has the big rotating wheel. The hangar of the Pisces was designed to hold the raptor and has an attach point smack in the middle of the hangar deck to handle fleet ships. The Aries on the other hand is quite old and done before the Raptor. Someone created a config, (the one released with it. I think) with a bunch of docks and attach points but I'm not really sure where they are or what they are for. It was most likely done by one of the BETA testers and I just went with it for the release.
