Hi,

I've been messing around with sketchup and made a control tower for my (yet) only addon. Unfortunately, sketchup only saves into .skp files. I searched the forums for my problem. The typical solution was to export as a 3ds.
I open up my file, and go to File->Export. My only 2 options are .dae and .kmz files. I wasn't going to bump the old threads, so I need to ask my question here. How does Sketchup save as .3ds?

Thanks in advance.

Buy buying a PRO version...or download this plug in and export as object file.
Then object can be import in many other program and convert to 3ds...

This step isn't necessary. There's an obj2msh around somewhere that can go straight from .obj to .msh...

Here is the obj2msh converter [ame="http://orbithangar.com/searchid.php?ID=2961"]Obj2msh v1.0[/ame]
