Textures Simple cloud texture with Irene

Here is a simple Earth_Cloud.tex that has the recent hurricane Irene from this past weekend as it moved along the U.S. east coast. Included is a simple scenario with the default ISS. Please read the "Readme" file for necessary modification to the Earth.cfg file and backup the texture file before moving the Earth_Cloud.tex into the Textures directory.
